About The Hoyle Partnership

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. My name is David Hoyle and I see clients at our consulting rooms in Grange over Sands, South Lakes and also in Lancaster, close to the main train station. I can also visit clients at home if a suitable quiet room is available.

My interest in hypnotherapy began when a close friend of mine, a doctor, introduced me to hypnotherapy as a solution to solving clients issues. I was absolutely astounded by the results that have been achieved. Until then I had never contemplated just how many people, including close friends, were suffering from all kinds of symptoms, which can be successfully treated with hypnotherapy.

Combined with my previous nursing training and thirty-five years to date in a coaching and personal development role within the international medical industry, I began to look for the best in-class training.

Following extensive research I trained at the highly accredited Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training School in Bristol, I studied the latest and most up-to-date methods, achieving a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP) and also the Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma (HPD – this is the first nationally accredited Diploma in Hypnotherapy and is accredited jointly by the National Council for Hypnotherapy and NCFE).

I am a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (MNCH), one of the main professional bodies for hypnotherapy in the UK, abiding by their strict code of conduct and ethics. Additionally, I am a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council – the UK voluntary regulator for complementary therapists.

Continual Professional Development and regular supervision, along with training courses and conferences, enables me to keep up to date with the latest techniques and methods within this field.

My sessions are fully insured and governed by the Hypnotherapy Code of Practice. Complete insurance details are available upon request. I am bound by the strict Code of Ethics governed by the British Academy of Hypnosis and the Data Protection Act 2003. Finally, I also hold an up-to-date DBS (formerly CRB) check.

It is a privilege to work with clients, many of whom have suffered from debilitating, and in some cases, lifelong symptoms. Successful treatment equips the client with an ability to manage these restraints, allowing the freedom from a life of restriction. As a Clinical Hypnotherapist it is immensely rewarding to see the results that can bring about positive change. If my professional skills can be harnessed in such a way that they can achieve this, that is my personal success.

Please be assured that all clients receive a confidential, professional and friendly service at all times. Together we can help you make positive changes and I look forward to helping you.
